She’s getting ready to put together a biopic on her late husband Kurt Cobain, and Courtney Love says she never picked Robert Pattinson to play the lead role.
Contrary to rumors, the “Malibu” songstress says the “New Moon” hunk just isn’t right for the gig hence she never suggested he be cast.
Ms. Love explained, “Isn’t that so stupid, who would cast him? That’s just wrong, no offense. I watched the Twilight stuff very, very recently and I get it, it resonates with the teenage girl in me, I understand epic love of that nature; I write about it all the time. But isn’t that silly?”
And though Courtney plans to approve casting and the script, she won’t watch the film once it’s made as it would be too difficult for her.
