2010.03.05

Robert Pattinson was on the London set of Bel Ami this morning, dressed in his old-timey costume and strolling behind the scenes with a mug of tea. He’s home in England again after a whirlwind week of promoting Remember Me in NYC, with many interviews surrounding his big Monday night premiere with Kristen Stewart. He left town on Tuesday evening, but we just got a behind-the-scenes peek at him and Kristen having fun with his family at the screening’s afterparty. His film doesn’t hit the big screen until next Friday, but for now Rob seems fully occupied working on his period piece with Uma Thurman.

HAPPY FRIDAY, ONTD!  :-)

R-Patz The Recording Artist??

2010.03.05

We wonder if he’d actually be any good!

Guess we’ll have to wait to find out!!

Celebrity Vampire Robert Pattinson has crushed the dreams of Singer/Songwriter Robert Pattinson because he is apparently too famous to just go to open mic-nights anymore!!

The seksi actor says:

“I used to write a lot more music by just doing gigs, just turning up to open mics and stuff with two lines of the song and then the pressure would force me to make something up on the spot. And I can’t really do that anymore, which was my main process for writing songs. When I sit down to write some lyrics it just sounds like rubbish. All the songs I’ve done before were based on as much of a stream of consciousness as you can get. I’ve been talking to people (producers) about stuff for ages, where I play a musician. I’d really like to, but it’s quite difficult to do. I think it’s a bit risky as well. I think I’m doing another movie after the movie I’m doing now but I think I’ll try and write some music, hopefully by the end of the year.”

Hmm.

We’d probably listen to an R-Patz album, his two tracks on the Twilight soundtrack had a pretty decent Ryan Adams thing going on, so with the right producers behind him he’d probably be able to pull of something that works!!

But we DO prefer to LOOK at him rather than LISTEN to him!!

What do U think?? Would U be all about an R-Patz music career??
